    We source the cloves (girofle) from all the regions of Madagascar. We clean and dry the products with conventional methods without any use of harmful radiations and chemicals. All the cleaning processes for cloves  are almost manually done with proper taking care of hygiene. All the processes are done in- house under one roof under standardized norms set by food safety authorities across the globe.

  • Madagascar origin Black Pepper

    Scientific name: Piper nigrum

    Harvest seasons: June -August & October-December

    Madagascar Black Pepper comes with density >500g/l. We source for you the purest natural form of black pepper without any treatment of harmful elements. Madagascar’s black pepper comes with the promise of quality and purity. One could feel the strength of Madagascar black pepper by its distinct aromatic, and fruity nature.

    We dry the product under sunlight and undergo manual cleaning with the help of our dedicated team who takes care of every aspect of cleanliness and quality to meet global norms.

    Our black pepper is not treated with any type of chemicals to avoid contaminations like ETO (Ethylene Oxide), pesticide residues , heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury), Mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH), Mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH), PA, Aflatoxin, Ochratoxin, and other impurities.

    Scientific name: Cinnamomum zeylanicum

    Harvest Season: Almost around the year

    Quality: Scrapped, unscrapped, sticks, powder.

    Madagascar cinnamon is true ceylon cinnamon which is superior over Cassia cinnamon.

    • Aroma: Offers a warm, aromatic fragrance.  
    • Appearance: Typically thinner and more pliable than Cassia cinnamon.
